My work explores new worlds and alternative realities, starting from a materialistic perspective influenced by science fiction, ritual and sexuality. I seek to create confrontational experiences with image and material that challenge our perceptions of the world with a critical approach to contemporary issues.
My art focuses on the malleability of the physical world, pushing the limits of the possible through strange materialities and technological manipulation. Symbolism, myth, the pagan, the strange and the alien also play a vital role, connecting with primal emotions and exploring themes of power, control, transformation, identity and sexuality.
Through symbolic language and ritualized actions, my works create a sense of connection and tension between nature and culture as a dichotomy that builds other realities. I seek to create works that challenge our preconceptions and encourage us to imagine new possibilities and question our assumptions and beliefs.
